If you are looking for a solution to open up parking for employees, or if the building owner has offered you access to the integrated Parkizy system — you face a challenge: which plan to choose? In this article, we will try to help you!
On our website, you will find two plans aimed at companies, i.e., tenants in office buildings. There's the Free plan, which is entirely free, and the Professional plan, which offers additional functionalities. Although the free plan is fully functional, the latter will allow you to tailor the parking to your vision a bit better.
Free Plan - a sea of possibilities
There's nothing stopping you from starting with the Free plan and upgrading to a higher plan as your needs grow. In the free version, you don't have to worry about a limit on spaces or users — in Parkizy, even the free option has to be functional! In addition, your employees will receive a mobile app, and you will have access to the admin panel.
You can create parking rules, manage groups or individual users (including banning the less obedient ones), or assign fixed or flexible parking spots. You can decide whether employees will confirm their arrival at the spot, e.g., by scanning a QR code. The option to upload maps will undoubtedly make it easier for guests and employees to navigate the parking lot! Moreover, access to analytics will allow you to make better decisions regarding the car park and its utilization.
Professional Plan - the dream parking
If you decide on the paid plan (3 EUR per user), you will gain access to extended reservation rules. This means parking even better adapted to the company!
Reservations for several days, any start times, or reservations with more advanced notice — over 3 days — are functionalities you won't find in the free plan. The Professional plan will allow you to offer employees the option of sharing a parking spot. This is especially useful when someone has a permanent spot but doesn't drive to the office 5 days a week.
As an administrator, you will be able to reserve spots for someone — a guest or an employee. And speaking of administration, in the Professional plan, you can have as many admins as you need. Each of them can have one of three access levels — owner (highest), admin (standard), and viewer (view-only).
Lastly, don't forget about the possibility of integrating Parkizy with access control systems, parking cameras, or other parking management systems. Integration costs 1 EUR per month per parking space unless Parkizy has already been integrated with the building and made available to tenants free of charge.
