You can continue with a Free plan, choose extra integrations or take advantage of all Professional plan’s functionalities.
STEP 2
Set up your car park
If you are a tenant
Create a company profile in the web admin panel. As an administrator, you have a wide range of possibilities in setting rules and limits to create a parking lot tailored to the needs of your organization. You can assign spots to groups of employees, specific people, or leave them free. So that every employee can take an advantage of parking spots by booking them in advance. If you want, you can specify a weekly or monthly booking limit for individuals or entire groups.
If you are a site owner
Allocate a certain number of parking spaces to each tenant or leave them for guests. You can allocate entire parking levels, designate zones, and even manage multiple parking lots at once! If you want, you can integrate Parkiza with your access and parking control systems to make using the car park completely hassle-free. Thanks to integrations, you will unlock the full potential of Parkiza - license plate recognition, automatic opening of barriers, advanced parking analytics and more.
STEP 3
Invite others to use Parkiza
If you are a tenant
Add employees of your organization in the administration panel so they get emails with a link to download the mobile app and sign in. You can do it manually or by uploading a file, which will help save your time. Our application is available in both Google Play and App Store.
If you are a site owner
Invite your tenants to start setting up their designated parts of a car park. Let them choose their rules and invite users.
STEP 4
Get the valuable insight
In the admin panel, you can view all reservations and available parking spaces for each day, in real time. All this in accordance with the GDPR, because personal data is not visible to the administrator, but only to the employer.
Booking a parking spot in 3 easy steps
STEP 1
Add a new reservation
To book a new parking spot, you just need to open the app and tap on the 'Book a parking spot' button.
STEP 2
Pick the date & time
Select the required booking date in the calendar and the start & end time of reservation in the time picker or by dragging the slider.
STEP 3
You're good to go! Manage your reservation
You can extend your reservation or cancel it if you no longer need it.
